We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive with 2 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The QC Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials in-process products and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Document and report inspection findings test results and any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure that all quality control activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support the Quality Control Manager in preparing quality reports and analyzing quality data.
- Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in a related field (e.g Quality Assurance Engineering Life Sciences) is preferred.
- in chemistry or paints technology or a bachelors in the paint and coating industry or relevant
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles methodologies and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO GMP) is a plus.
