Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Perform software configuration and customization including but not limited to: screen tailoring workflow administration report setup data imports integration custom scripting and third-party software integrations using Service Now technical best practices and solution should be ACE aligned
Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions
Develop design and rollout new application modules workflows and catalog requests
Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value
Design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
Leadership skills in technical initiatives Generating detailed solution documentation
Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer
10 years of experience supporting the implementation administration configuration Upgrade and/or development of the Service Now tool Should have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP REST)
Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups modification of CMS workflows business rules UI actions UI policies ACLs dictionary catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow tool configuration design work technical configuration and deployment. Specifically candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident Problem Change and Service Catalog
System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript Angular JS Java Python HTML XML Jelly
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification preferred.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Proficiency in JavaScript XML HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and MID Server.
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions including configuration customization and integration with other systems
Mandatory Certifications
CIS ITSM CIS ITOMCIS HRSDCIS FSM
Certified Application Developer
Eligible candidate for CTA and CMA ServiceNow certifications

Compensation and Benefits
A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location skills experience education and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical dental vision pharmacy life accidental death & dismemberment and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
