The Role

Were on the hunt for a passionate strategic and community-driven leader to join our crew as the Head of Community Partnerships (Strategic Sales) in the USA. This isnt your typical sales rolethis is about connecting with like-minded crew building powerful partnerships and scaling LSKDs brand through authentic purpose-driven relationships.

Youll lead the charge in expanding our B2B and wholesale presence across the USpartnering with gyms strategic partners and community-first businesses who live and breathe movement like we do. This is a unique chance to shape LSKDs presence in one of our fastest-growing regions working closely with teams across the globe to bring our mission to life.

LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme QLD Australia that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation weve never been content settling for the norm; were constantly evolving and challenging the status quo inspired by the restless few who influence style shape the future and strive to be 1% better everyday

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Set the Playbook: Build and execute powerful strategic partnerships and wholesale sales plan that fuels our growth.

  • Find the Right Fit: Identify pitch and lock in aligned partnerships with businesses that share our passion for movement purpose and performance.

  • Build for the Long Game: Create meaningful long-term relationships that go way beyond productpartners who become part of the LSKD community.

  • Lead the Launch: Own the go-to-market strategy for new partners collaborating across Product Marketing and Ops to deliver impact from day one.

  • Keep Us Ahead: Analyse trends customer insights and partner feedback to refine our approach and stay one step ahead.

  • Drive the Numbers: Own your pipeline sales forecasting and reporting to drive consistent scalable revenue growth.

  • Show Up: Represent LSKD at community and industry eventsshow up stand out and find fresh partnership opportunities.

  • Collaborate Globally: Work hand-in-hand with the Aussie product team to build assortments that align with our US strategy.

  • Track the Wins: Define key business KPIs and pivot fast when needed to keep us on track.

You bring 510 years of experience in partnerships wholesale or strategic salesideally in activewear lifestyle or wellness. Youve closed high-impact B2B deals and built scalable strategies that balance growth with profitability. You own your pipeline hit targets and know how to translate data into action.

Relationship-First:
You build lasting values-aligned partnershipsnot just transactions. With strong communication skills and emotional intelligence you create genuine connections that lead to loyalty and long-term success.

Brand & Community Builder:
You understand what it means to build a purpose-led brand-first business. Youve created partnerships that go beyond product aligning with brand values and community impactespecially in fitness health or lifestyle.

Cross-Functional Leader:
Youre confident leading go-to-market efforts and working across Product Ops and Marketing to bring initiatives to life. You align assortments with strategy and ensure every launch delivers impact.

Data-Driven & Agile:
Youre comfortable with KPIs forecasting and pivoting fast when needed. You use insights to refine strategy and drive consistent results.
