Job Description

About the Role

As a Medical Information Manager at ALK you will be the key contact for the scientific and medical support of our products. You will handle both written and verbal medical inquiries contribute to internal scientific communication and ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical content across various channels. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the appropriate dissemination of up-to-date evidence-based medical information directly supporting healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide verbal and written scientific/medical responses to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update internal medical information databases
  • Create review and update medical content and communication materials
  • Medically approve promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance with regulations
  • Support cross-functional teams with product- and project-specific scientific expertise
  • Monitor and synthesize current scientific literature relevant to ALKs products
  • Prepare and manage medical presentations and scientific slide decks
  • Conduct and support internal and external training sessions (in-person and virtual)

Your Profile

  • University degree in Pharmacy Human/Veterinary Medicine Human Biology or another relevant scientific discipline
  • Experience in medical information or advisory roles is preferred
  • Knowledge in immunology and allergology is an advantage
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical law and regulatory compliance (e.g. AMG HWG) is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive mindset strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and German
  • Skilled in preparing presentations and using workplace-relevant software (including interest in AI applications)
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and teamwork capabilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
