Job Description

Job Description:

Cronos Europa is looking for a qualified and experienced Support Manager to join our Team. The successful candidate will play a central role in user support training collaborative tool management and system testing within a large-scale digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training coaching and support for end users on Information Systems and collaborative tools

  • Manage collaborative platforms including Confluence SharePoint Microsoft 365 JIRA and SMT

  • Provide end-user support access management and documentation in compliance with ITIL standards

  • Lead system testing activities (functional and non-regression) and ensure high-quality outputs

  • Participate in technical working groups user meetings and reviews of IT deliverables

  • Analyze and translate user needs into structured business/user requirements and stories

  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing across teams

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of user support training testing documentation communication and IT security

  • Strong command of ITIL methodology and its practical application

  • Proven experience with Confluence SharePoint SMT and JIRA

  • Excellent analytical facilitation and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken

  • Comfortable participating in multilingual cross-functional meetings

    Profile:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Business Management or a related field

    • Strong understanding of user-centered support models and system lifecycle processes

    • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

    • Experience in user training and coaching

    • Experience with collaborative tools (Confluence SharePoint)

    • Experience in end-user support and assistance for Information Systems

    • Experience in applying ITIL best practices using user support management tools (e.g. SMT JIRA) system and non-regression testing user access management
