Job Description
Objective
The incumbent is responsible to execute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for the hospital.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Operational
- Responsible for managing end to end operations and key business metrics
- Helping Enhancing the Profit of the organization
- Improving the operational efficiency of the organization
- Monitoring KPI of the hospital & improvising the same
- To check the process breach & gap identifications
- Communicate results; identify successes failures trends and projections. Summarize performance results and findings and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive structured problem solving on various processes as needed
- Developing presentations financial models MIS and data analysis on various topics including overall P&L departmental profitability return on investment analysis operational metrics analysis clinical parameters etc.
Performance Parameters
Education
Essential: Graduate in any domain
Preferable: Post Graduate preferably Healthcare Administration
Industry Preference: Healthcare/Consulting
Experience
8 years of experience in the Healthcare or Consulting firm in Operations
Knowledge
Functional/Technical
- Well versed in all aspects of strategy & including Linen Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Knowledge of the overall business environment and services offered
Behavioral/Personality
- Smart proactive persistent
- Good problem solving skills
- Team Player and a team leader
Learning orientation and open to suggestions.
