Job Description

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Trichy
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: 15000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations ensure effective coordination between departments and support the smooth functioning of office processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office resources maintaining compliance with policies and supporting HR and operations teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office

  • Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as needed

  • Maintain and update company records files and internal documentation

  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of office supplies

  • Handle correspondence scheduling travel bookings and event coordination

  • Ensure smooth operation of IT utilities and facility management in the office

  • Implement and maintain administrative systems and processes for efficiency

  • Assist in payroll processing attendance tracking and leave management

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support

  • Ensure compliance with safety legal and company procedures and regulations

  • Support HR and recruitment teams in organizing interviews and onboarding logistics

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in office administration or management

  • Knowledge of office procedures recordkeeping and asset management

Key Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership and team management abilities

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

  • Attention to detail with time management skills
