Role Description:
The Regional Customer Success Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting our Account Team with new and existing business while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position leverages to manage customer interactions monitor key metrics and implement engagement strategies that drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Opportunities and Orders:
Monitor pipeline and orders ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
Assist with updates as required to maintain accurate records.
Review customer portals for RFQ activities and bid submissions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Track cases shipments field service activities projects and other activities to ensure on-time performance.
Engage with relevant departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Regional Account Management:
Update account assignments to ensure clarity regarding team support roles.
Maintain detailed account records to outline key programs and targets.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers in your designated region.
Address region-specific customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage with customers to provide an additional layer of regional support when called upon.
Sales Enablement:
Oversee data collection and reporting in to support programs KPIs and strategic initiatives.
Assist with Monthly or Quarterly reviews maintaining or gathering data from Salesforce or Tableau.
Onboarding and Training:
Manage the sales process and guide your regional teams through onboarding and continued training when necessary.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to manage customer data monitor satisfaction metrics and generate insightful reports.
Deliver detailed analyses to inform strategic decisions and highlight improvement opportunities.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Youll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or technical degree.
3 years of experience in customer service order management warranty or inside sales preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis. (10%)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
