- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and in-person interactions
- Manage billing inquiries payments and account updates
- Perform accurate data input and computer mapping
- Coordinate and schedule service and delivery routes
- Support route management and technician communication
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and learning industry-specific software
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- 8-hour shift
- Competitive pay structure starting from $16.00/hour
