The Network Operations Specialist provides proactive maintenance monitoring and software services for a variety of the digital menu board footprint both indoor and outdoor for Stratacache and SCALA customers. This includes monitoring devices in the field for issues providing technical support via both phone and email as well as updating internal knowledge base articles.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE & SCALAclients
  • Provide technical support assistance via phone and email
  • Update daily monitoring reports/tickets
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School degree required; Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 1 years technical support or relevant experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service phone or soft skills
