Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Data Network Engineer focused on modernizing the data estate. This role involves migrating from legacy systems and developing scalable secure data solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
- Implement medallion architecture for effective data lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with analysts to deliver high-quality data assets for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data governance compliance and monitoring using Azure DevOps.
- Support migration efforts while minimizing disruption.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Pipelines Notebooks)
- Azure Databricks
- Power BI (data modeling and dashboard development)
- SQL Python and Spark
- Data governance tools (Microsoft Purview Unity Catalog)
