About the role
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Spatial the primary responsibility of this role is to assist in developing spatial solutions manage spatial data liaise with clients and demonstrate the capabilities of spatial technologies to current and prospective clients using modern GIS packages and digital CAD software.
About Public Works Spatial Team
The Public Works (PW) Spatial team sits within the Survey Spatial & Property group and is responsible for providing spatial data services for internal PW projects and external government clients. You will play a pivotal role in project planning delivery and assisting clients visualise their data with spatial solutions provide analysis and management of their 2D/3D.
About You
You have completed tertiary qualifications in geographic information systems or a related field.
You have sound experience in knowledge in a variety of spatial/CAD software applications e.g. ESRI FME Bentley and AutoDesk product suites
You have a valid NSW Drivers licence and willingness to drive to remote locations to undertake spatial projects which may include overnight stays.
