The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you develop and execute automated testing strategies to enhance product quality. As a Senior Associate you guide and mentor junior team members while navigating complex testing environments to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing strategies for software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior associates in testing methodologies
- Maintain documentation of testing processes and outcomes
- Identify areas for process enhancement and productivity
- Uphold the firms technical and professional standards
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years of experience in automation testing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering
- Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium
- Proficiency in building test frameworks
- Understanding of system design for scalable automation
- Enhancing observability with real-time monitoring
- Collaborating with DevOps teams for optimization
- Writing clear bug reports and resolving issues
- Participating in Agile ceremonies for team alignment
- Continuously improving test coverage and practices
