Location: Kingston or Middletown NY (hybrid)
Salary range: $80000 to $85000 (based on experience and licensure)
Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Supports the departments process improvement efforts. Assists the Behavioral Health Department with the ongoing implementation of NetSmart (MyEvolv) focusing on improving client outcomes through assessment. Develops and facilitates trainings based on trends from compliance incident review and audits. Reports directly to the Director of Behavioral Health.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all agency Adult Behavioral Health Services including Clinic Urgent Care MH Residential Mobile Mental Health and PROS.
  • Evaluate and support teams in operationalizing and maintaining compliance with all state and federal CCBHC/SAMHSA mandates and those from OMH OASAS CMS CARF and NYS Justice Center.
  • Attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings as directed by the CCBHC Director.
  • Interpret data to guide continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts in alignment with CCBHC goals and evaluate compliance with CCBHC project criteria.
  • Manage quality measures quarterly state reports expense reports and monitoring of regulatory adherence and certification attestations.
  • Ensure effective administration of all nine core elements of the CCBHC model.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:
As required by CCBHC the evaluator component of this role includes:
  • Overseeing all grant data and evaluation activities as outlined in Section I.6 of the NOFO.
  • Collecting and reporting performance measures and infrastructure prevention and promotion data.
  • Managing data on clinic-level quality measures and contributing to annual progress reports.
  • Participating in national program evaluations and measuring progress toward stated grant goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with the National Evaluation Team and CCBHC Project Director.
  • Developing data workflows and collection protocols.
  • Performing data quality monitoring analysis interpretation and presenting findings to inform CQI efforts.
  • Monitoring access and outcomes for disparate populations.
  • Communicating evaluation findings to internal leadership SAMHSA and external stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable format.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable local state and federal regulations (CCBHC OMH CMS OCFS DOH CARF).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Access).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Licensed professional staff preferred: LMSW LCSW LMHP LMFT LAC RN.
