Were looking for a highly experienced and driven BCBA with diverse experience and a passion for training and mentoring who meets the following criteria:
- 3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Masters degree or higher
- Experience in in-home services school support and provider consultation (preferred)
- Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
- Strong leadership skills initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning mentoring and training others
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Creating and implementing training programs
- Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
- Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
- Collaborating with our onboarding team for new hires
- Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month
- Managing a supervisory caseload
- Other similar leadership tasks
This is a full-time in-person position in Kansas City surrounding areas with remote capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills as well as a passion for shaping and developing new BCBAs to maximize our community impact.
In this role Lead BCBA will manage a caseload 60-75% of the time providing high-quality supervision to clients while dedicating 25-40% of your time to leadership training and mentoring tasks for our team.

Compensation: $70000.00 - $90000.00 per year
