Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Intune and Cloud Endpoint Specialist. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wichita KS or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). The eligible candidates must be US Citizens only
At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with one or more of the following products: Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
At least 3 years technical IT consulting experience or Support and Cloud competency
Experience managing Apple iOS and Android devices using Intune.
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning workflows.
Understanding mobile security compliance and conditional access.
Configure and manage Intune for mobile device enrollment and lifecycle management for iOS and Android devices.
Develop and maintain compliance policies configuration profiles and conditional access rules.
Deploy and manage mobile applications through Intune for both corporate and BYOD scenarios.
Monitor device health policy compliance and resolve enrollment or sync issues.
Coordinate with OEM vendors for device registration and readiness.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for mobile and Windows device issues.
Work closely with IT support infrastructure and security teams to improve endpoint management.
Participate in testing and rollout of new Intune and Autopilot features.
Assist customers to deploy configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Use depth understanding of the Microsoft Cloud with focus on Endpoint Manager Intune Autopilot and related technologies including integration with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
Extraordinary Planning Coordination and Analytical skills
Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
