Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will support and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP EPM and OTM applications across all lifecycle stages-from deployment and maintenance to patching and monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge hands-on technical experience and a collaborative customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP EPM and OTM SaaS environments including configurations user access management and auditing.

Administer system refreshes patching instance recovery and ensure timely availability post-maintenance.

Design and manage user roles and security models in ERP EPM and OTM systems maintaining compliance using Oracle RMC.

Execute configuration tasks migrate technical and functional objects (BIP ESS BICC OIC) and support environment synchronization.

Monitor application performance and ensure system integrity reliability and recoverability.

Coordinate with Oracle and internal teams for system/service maintenance backups and critical updates.

Support service request (MOS) follow-ups service notifications and incident response.

Manage service tickets using ServiceNow in line with SLAs.

Partner cross-functionally with security infrastructure and development teams to ensure stable and secure ERP environments.

Administer integration tools such as OIC and VBCS; assist with related development testing and production deployments.

Ensure best practices in change management configuration migration and patching cycles for SaaS applications.
Required Qualifications

8 years of overall ERP administration experience.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP EPM OTM).

Involved in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.

Experience supporting and administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred).

Expertise in managing Oracle RMC and user access compliance in SaaS environments.

Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS patching cycles and environment refresh processes.

Experience in migrating configurations and managing backup processes within Oracle Cloud.

Proficiency in OIC VBCS and managing technical integrations across cloud applications.

Solid knowledge of DevOps integration patterns and SaaS administrative tools.
