Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Duration: 6 plus months contract
Note - Hybrid Schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days remote (no exceptions). Local candidates preferred. Non-Local candidates must commit to relocation from Day 1.

We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate whose concentration has been coding and working under the hood. We are not looking for a functional consultant who has done some coding.
This is a great opportunity to work on a New Oracle HCM implementation. It is our expectation that each candidate you submit be Technically Screened to make sure they have the skills the client needs.

Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules(Core HR Compensation Payroll Talent Acquisition Talent Management Benefits and Retirement).
Expectations:
- Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementation
- Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams
- Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check
- SQL Experience is needed and Python is a plus
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions transportation industry standard methodologies technology designs solution architecture and operates independently to providequality work products in our engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle HCM product technical components to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces reports data conversions and application extensions specific to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions and Workflows) objects and prepare the solution blueprint to guide project implementation.
- Communicate Product Features: Articulate product and module features to business teams by conducting product familiarity sessions and technical training as required.
- Data Conversion and Integration Experience: Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions and integration tools including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) BI Publisher HCM Extracts HDL (HCM Data Loader) UCM and managed file transfer (MFT) tools.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud technical skills including data loading inbound and outbound
