Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor Swindon
30000 basic bonus
Full-time MondayFriday only (8am5pm)
No weekends
Private Health Insurance Company Pension

Im working with a well-established British Standards-approved bodyshop in Swindon thats looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service (ideally within the motor industry or a repair centre) whos looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with a friendly team and clear processes in place.
This is a permanent full-time role with no weekends required and youll be joining a professional but relaxed team who support one another. Ideal for someone looking for longevity in a well-run business.
The Role:
- Front-of-house reception duties first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- Managing the full repair process: estimate updates handover and aftercare
- Regular communication with customers via phone email and internal systems.
- Liaising closely with all departments to ensure a smooth high-quality service.
- Allocating courtesy cars and managing collection/delivery logistics.
- Processing payments and facilitating final handovers.
What Youll Need:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Experience in customer service ideally in a bodyshop or automotive setting
- Confident using IT systems (experience with Autoflow a bonus)
- A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering great service
