Vous collaborerez troitement avec les dirigeants de notre bureau de Montral et travers le pays pour aligner les stratgies RH avec les objectifs organisationnels favoriser une culture de haute performance et soutenir le dveloppement des talents dans un environnement dynamique ax sur linnovation.

Responsabilits principales

  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour tous les membres de lquipe au Canada concernant les questions lies aux avantages sociaux la paie la formation etc.
  • Grer les dossiers des employs au Canada en veillant ce que tous les documents dembauche soient complts et archivs conformment aux lois sur la conservation des documents.
  • Grer tous les aspects de lexprience dembauche y compris la cration de nouvelles demandes la participation aux panels dentrevue la prparation des lettres doffre et lanimation des sances dorientation.
  • laborer des modles de conception organisationnelle et des plans de gestion du changement pour assurer une structure organisationnelle efficace.
  • Offrir des formations et des programmes de dveloppement pour les membres de lquipe au Canada en dveloppant des solutions adaptes aux besoins spcifiques des quipes et au renforcement des comptences en leadership.
  • Servir de conseiller(re) stratgique auprs des cadres suprieurs en matire de conception organisationnelle de planification de la main-duvre et de gestion des talents.
  • Diriger et mettre en uvre des initiatives RH soutenant les objectifs daffaires incluant la gestion de la performance lengagement des employs et la planification de la relve.
  • Collaborer avec les Centres dexcellence (acquisition de talents apprentissage et dveloppement rmunration globale) pour offrir des solutions RH intgres.
  • Promouvoir la culture et les valeurs de SharkNinja en assurant une exprience employ cohrente et inclusive.
  • Analyser les indicateurs RH et les tendances pour clairer la prise de dcision et favoriser lamlioration continue.
  • Grer les relations de travail de manire proactive et oriente vers les solutions.
  • Soutenir les efforts de gestion du changement et les initiatives de transformation organisationnelle.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaurat en ressources humaines administration des affaires ou domaine connexe; matrise ou certification RH (atout).
  • Minimum de 5 ans dexprience progressive en RH dont au moins 3 ans dans un rle stratgique de partenaire daffaires RH.
  • Capacit dmontre influencer et tablir des relations solides avec les cadres suprieurs.
  • Capacit grer des tches la fois tactiques et stratgiques avec rapidit dexcution sur les priorits critiques.
  • Exprience dans un environnement en forte croissance matriciel ou international (atout).
  • Solides comptences analytiques en communication et en rsolution de problmes.
  • Bilinguisme anglais-franais requis.

Position Overview

As aSenior Manager HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes through HR leadership across our Canada team members. Youll partner closely with business leaders in our Montreal office and across Canada to align people plans with organizational goals foster a high-performance culture and support talent development in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Canada team members regarding questions on benefits payroll training and more.
  • Manage the employee records for Canada including ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed and appropriate records are filed and held per records retention legislation.
  • Manage all elements of the team member hiring experience including inputting new requisitions participating on interview panels preparing offer letters and conducting orientations.
  • Build out org design models & plans for change management to ensure a high functioning org structure across businesses.
  • Conduct training & development courses for Canada team members leading the way to develop solutions to target specific team needs and overall leadership skill building.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders providing guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent management.
  • Lead and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives including performance management employee engagement and succession planning.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition Learning & Development and Total Rewards to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Champion SharkNinjas culture and values ensuring a consistent and inclusive employee experience.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations matters with a proactive solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support change management efforts and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage both tactical and strategic-level work moving with speed to execute on critical priorities.
  • Experience in a high-growth matrixed or global organization is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
