Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors in residential and commercial properties
- Ensure proper fit and sealing for energy efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete installations on time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window and door installation
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Possess all tools and equipment to complete jobs
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
