The National Practice Coach drives high-quality therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services. Reporting to the Practice Manager you coach leaders and frontline teams to embed evidence-based practice strengthen capability and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Duties
Coach managers and teams to apply therapeutic frameworks
Guide practice using evidence data and reflective tools
Support compliance with legislation and quality standards
Build capability through coaching training and feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Degree in Social Work Psychology or related field
Proven expertise in Out of Home Care or child protection
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic models
Ability to coach train and influence diverse teams
Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
