Description
Join Learning Grove a top-rated nonprofit with over 40 years of experience nurturing children from 6 weeks to 6 years. As an Assistant Teacher youll support lead teachers in creating engaging play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity inclusion and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with curriculum delivery classroom setup and daily routines
- Maintain a clean safe and stimulating learning environment
- Support child assessments and family communication
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams
