About the Role
Melba Support Services are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join a Supported Independent Living home in Moe Victoria on a permanent part-time basis. This is a dynamic sleepover model home supporting 5 individuals with complex support needs on a rotating fortnightly roster.
Working closely with a dedicated team you will support residents with a range of daily living activities including personal care medication management and household tasks. Youll play a key role in promoting independence enhancing wellbeing and supporting meaningful participation in community and home life.
The people living in this home require specialised support including behaviour support support with mental health diabetes and medication support such as the use of PRN.
