Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (Hybrid)
About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be a strategic talent partner who leverages innovative sourcing techniques to engage top talent for our Corporate teams. In this role you will focus on hiring for roles across Strategy and Operations Marketing Finance Legal and other key business functions. Youll balance your time between managing a team of one to two Corporate Recruiters driving larger strategic recruiting initiatives and actively managing high-priority searches. Additionally youll act as a trusted recruiting partner to business leaders gaining a deep understanding of their teams and resource needs to deliver impactful hiring solutions.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $100000 to $130000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications skills experience and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits described in more detail here.
