Our team includes professionals closely connected to the specific needs of the industry: production workers chemists designers mechanics as well as software developers testers and finance specialists.
Due to organizational changes we are currently looking for a:
Factory Manager
(Hygiene Factory)
Location: Wrocaw
Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the factory and supporting its further development in line with operational and strategic goals
Ensuring a safe working environment high product quality and timely delivery performance
Continuously improving production and logistics processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency
Implementing and advancing lean manufacturing practices and a culture of continuous improvement
Leading the factory team motivating employees developing their skills and building engagement
Initiating and executing actions in the areas of safety quality delivery efficiency sustainability and cost optimization
Defining the strategic direction for the factory using modern management tools and operational analytics
Requirements:
Higher education (technical or economic background)
Several years of experience in production management preferably in an industrial environment
Strong knowledge of production and logistics processes
Experience in financial planning and delivering on factory development goals
Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and solid technical knowledge
Ability to identify problems analyze data and implement effective solutions
Mature and effective leadership skills including change management and team development
High motivation proactive attitude and readiness to take on challenges
Strong relationship-building teamwork and interpersonal skills
Assertiveness combined with empathy and the ability to motivate others
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
High willingness to develop oneself and support employee development
Fluent English skills
