Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
- Responsible for all aspects of creating and implementing the sales strategy forecasting sales and managing clients.
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Monitoring and participating in tenders.
- Negotiating contracts and prices.
- Accurate and timely forecasting.
- Primary point of contact and relationship manager for a defined set of clients.
- Transforming key clients into strategic partners fostering sustainable growth in revenue market share and product adoption.
- Contributing to long-term success through collaborative leadership and a constant commitment to improvement and reinvention.
- Analyzing competition and conducting market intelligence activities.
- Expanding the client base.
- Ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Solid experience (3-5 years) in sales with a proven ability to build successful long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership think strategically and communicate vision effectively (both written and verbal) influencing across the organization.
- Experience in a dynamic and high-intensity sales environment.
- High level of organization and ability to manage priorities.
- Resilience in handling conflicting demands ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good organizational skills including the ability to work independently and collaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet agreed deadlines.
- Flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
