Job Title: Sr. Market Research Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - Detroit MI Must be local to MI

Job Duties:
- Lead end-to-end primary research projects-from survey design to reporting
- Analyze customer behavior call drivers and engagement trends to improve experiences
- Create clear compelling presentations and reports for business leaders
- Manage multiple research projects across departments and timelines
- Support the continuous evolution of internal research platforms and tools
Job Requirements:
- 3 5 years of experience in market research (client-side or vendor)
- Experience with Qualtrics and SPSS
- Experience working in a research organization
- Experience with qualitative research (i.e.- involved with focused groups)
- Experience with quantitative research- (i.e.. surveys analyze data etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presenting outcomes via graphs
- Bachelors in Marketing Market Research Business Analytics or a related field (Masters a plus)
