Job Description
Position: Manager – Compliance
Location: Powai Mumbai
Budget: Up to 15 LPA
Education: CS Qualified
Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice preferred
About the Role:
A leading NBFC is looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to RBI and other regulatory guidelines. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and regulatory bodies to maintain a strong compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations for NBFCs
-
Adhere to AML PMLA IRDAI and other applicable laws
-
Draft and review policies in line with regulatory updates
-
Handle RBI inspections and regulatory reporting
-
Interpret and implement RBI circulars across departments

Manage statutory website disclosures
-
Track and resolve customer complaints from RBI or internal teams
-
Conduct periodic compliance testing and audits
-
Advise on compliance matters and regulatory interpretations
Requirements:
-
CS qualification is mandatory
-
4–6 years of relevant experience in NBFCs/financial services
-
Strong understanding of RBI and other financial regulations
-
Experience in handling regulatory inspections
