Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in designated accounts.
  • Implement and monitor monthly quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create account plans for key accounts and oversee their execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new application solutions for driving sales growth.
  • Respond promptly to customer engagement needs and sales requests.
  • Design digitalization solutions and IIoT solutions based on customer requirements and OEM guidelines.
  • Prepare technical proposals solution designs BOQ and pre-sales documents in accordance with customer needs and internal templates.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Industrial Automation Industry or IIoT Sales with a proven track record of handling customers in various verticals such as CPG Oil & Gas Solar Chemicals and Automotive.
  • Prior knowledge of Rockwell/Siemens make PLC/DCS/SCADA/VFD associated automation products and instrumentation/sensors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Desired Candidate Profile Min. 2-4 years of experience in sales and in Industrial Automation Industry or IIoT Sales.
