Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in designated accounts.
- Implement and monitor monthly quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create account plans for key accounts and oversee their execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new application solutions for driving sales growth.
- Respond promptly to customer engagement needs and sales requests.
- Design digitalization solutions and IIoT solutions based on customer requirements and OEM guidelines.
- Prepare technical proposals solution designs BOQ and pre-sales documents in accordance with customer needs and internal templates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Industrial Automation Industry or IIoT Sales with a proven track record of handling customers in various verticals such as CPG Oil & Gas Solar Chemicals and Automotive.
- Prior knowledge of Rockwell/Siemens make PLC/DCS/SCADA/VFD associated automation products and instrumentation/sensors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed
