SCANSHARE SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST @ ACDI
The ScanShare Solutions Specialist is responsible for producing sales revenue within assigned reseller accounts. Your sales focus will be to produce net new sales renewals add-ons and professional services. As a subject matter expert on our entire product portfolio you will be holding your accounts responsible for ScanShare sales activity quotas and training them consistently on ACDI s product portfolio and selling techniques.
Successful team members will work well with all levels of internal management and staff outside clients and vendors. It will be of the utmost importance that team members support ACDI s mission vision and core values and ensure discretion with confidential information. Individuals should practice time management and when necessary encourage other team members to implement healthy time management behaviors as well. Support of a collaborative work environment including courteous helpful and professional behavior is expected at all times.
Be an ACDI champion with a focus on ScanShares solutions. Ensure clear and regular communication to key account stakeholders both internally and externally
Identify areas for growth through strategic business planning with key stakeholders
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders against the plan
Exceptional customer service must be at the forefront of your mind while having transparent communication with your assigned accounts
Prospect using strong selling and influencing skills to cultivate sales among assigned accounts
Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our dealer channel and how ACDI s solutions work
Strong guidance and leadership traits amongst your partners
Ability to quickly grasp and communicate product functionality integrations and workflow configurations.
Pursue opportunities unique to each assigned account
Grow and nurture relationships through remote communication and travel opportunities
Track manage and monitor incoming leads and prospects
Strong knowledge of ACDI s CRM product Zoho to effectively manage quotes orders and sales pipeline
Perform dealer and sales representative engagements such as webinars demos and other activities that lead to net new sales quotes and most importantly closed-won opportunities
Technical training engagements with the pre-sales technical support team at the dealer level
Assist and define quoting parameters to send to the quoting team on behalf of the dealer
Understand how to track manage and monitor incoming leads and prospects
Manage time effectively between calls meetings and sales trainings
Responsible for understanding meeting and exceeding sales activity and quotas set forth amongst ACDI s resellers
Responsible for regularly presenting your performance metrics and goals to management
Utilize ACDI s social media outlets to drive sales
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintains a complete understanding of and adheres to all ACDI policies procedures and processes
Maintain a positive organizational culture while upholding ACDIs mission vision and core values
A college degree is preferred
5 years of selling experience software required
B2B selling experience is required
Strong preference for candidates with experience in document capture workflow automation or similar SaaS solutions
Experience in the copier printing and software industry sets you apart
Enterprise Account National Account Key Account or Strategic Account experience preferred
Executive business-to-business experience preferred
Proficient Google Suite skills sales tools and software
Familiarity with Google and Zoho applications sets you apart
Strong professional communication skills (via phone email and in-person) problem-solving negotiation skills technical capacity along with a talent for translating technical capabilities into real business value
Ability to communicate information in layman s terms for the purpose of training or rolling out new information
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets particularly in consultative or solution-based selling environments.
Experience collaborating with technical pre-sales or solution architect teams to deliver custom demos and workflow designs.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively anticipate upcoming needs and prioritize work
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 15 pounds
Must maintain a business professional clean and groomed appearance during client-facing interactions or client visits to our company headquarters.
Ability to travel up to 20% annually and fly on a commercial airliner if needed
May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Moderate noise level bullpen environment located at Benton Headquarters unless prior remote work has been approved by upper management
