Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by managing a sales pipeline developing new business opportunities and supporting customer relationships. The position involves direct client engagement quotation management and coordination with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify qualify and develop new sales opportunities across assigned accounts
- Maintain and monitor sales performance of individual customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information as needed
- Generate quotations and calculate product costing for customers
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to support customer requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales plans and support product seminars
- Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and ensure service standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and with integrity
- Submit timely sales reports activity updates and problem logs
- Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors and industry trends
- Stay alert to customer needs market developments and competitor product launches
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or telemarketing is essential
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
