Job Description
You as working student for Automation & Digitalisation will be an integral part of our Finance Transformation team and play an active part in our Finance Transformation Journey in a cross-hierarchical team.
- You will support cross-functional digitization projects as part of our global finance transformation program.
- You will help to build a Center of Excellence for Automation and structure activities that are crucial for process automation.
- You are responsible for the design and development of RPA or workflow optimization bots to optimize internal business processes.
- You take on responsibility for smaller sub-projects and project tasks.
- You will help to link the processes between business strategy and IT.
- You support process owners in operational and project-related activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/ Master student in Business/ Engineering or IT (or other comparable fields)
- First practical experiences in (some) aspects of digital change in finance are beneficial
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) SAP skills are optional
- Skills in MS Power Platform (Power Automate/ Power Apps mandatory Power BI is beneficial) or other process automation tools
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Team-oriented responsible and independent personality
- Interest in the combination of conceptual work technological know-how and implementation tasks in the CFO area
- Very good knowledge of English or German
Additional Information :
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
Prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university. Please enclose a CV a current certificate of enrolment your examination regulations and if applicable a valid work and residence permit with your application. For mandatory internships the duration depends on the respective study and examination regulations.
