Job Description

Job Description:
Performs maintenance & minor duties on roofs walls floors steps doors windows & gutters under close supervision. Assists skilled maintenance workers and trades person. Cuts grass trims hedges rakes leaves plants trees & flowers. Removes snow & ice from sidewalk & driveways. Performs minor repair of grounds equipment.
Replaces lighting fixtures bulbs & switches. Performs installation & minor repairs of simple electrical equipment & assists in the installation of electrical equipment.
Performs minor repair to sinks toilets faucets pipes drains & sewer lines. Assists in the repair of water lines steam valves & steam traps. Assists carpenter in minor building repairs & concrete & masonry work.
Paints window frames tables & chairs. Assists in the painting of building interiors exterior shed rooms & equipment. Assists in the repair of all woodwork.
Performs other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.

This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.

This position is not to exceed 1000 hours.
