Job Description

We help shape the world around us from high-rise buildings to educational cultural research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems and an appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Designer to join our prestigious Landscape team under the Urbanism Planning business line in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the team lead/ project manager to develop detailed landscape design for varieties developmentin Hong Kong 
  • Assists in the development of the project design site plans production of presentation drawings sketches and assists in solving design complexities. 
  • Support theteam leader/ project managerto ensure timely and efficient delivery of landscape architecture projects during the construction stage. 
  • Coordinate and supervise technical and administrative activities implementing the planning and construction processes and report to the team lead/ project manager regularly 
  • Liaise with contractors/ sub-contractors and other consultants for site construction works; review on contractor submission and all contract administrative works 
  • Ensure adherence to local landscape architecture design standards procedures and criteria throughout project execution 

Qualifications :

  • Diploma Bachelor or Master in landscape architecture or architecture related disciplines 
  • Minimum 6 -8 years of relevant post-qualification experience 
  • Must demonstrate strong management and design judgment and most importantly as desire to learn and grow. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and/or Mandarin Cantonese would be a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines; 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Rhino and/or SketchUp Photoshop and InDesign would be an advantage; 
  • Ability to work within a team and work independently; 
  • Responsible hardworking and self-motivated 
  • Experience in local landscape construction site would be an advantage.
