Grow is a key component to KBRs Employee Value Proposition and our Mission Tech Solutions (MTS) Business has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead to enable our business Growth ambitions by supporting the coordination and implementation of TA activities across the segment.

Acting as a first among equals and whilst maintaining successful delivery in a BU TA Lead capacitythe selected candidate will spend up to 50% of their time partnering with the MTS People Team Leadership TA Leads and Business Leaders to ensure we have a coordinated and legally compliant approach to Talent Acquisition across our Global Mission Tech teams.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for developing a co-ordinated measurable TA strategy across MTS ensuring the alignment of TA strategies with organizational goals and successful execution of end-to-end TA solutions.

  • Fostering a collaborative and coordinated (Team of Teams) approach to TA activities across the Global MTS teams.

  • Acting as a Talent Acquisition SME to the MTS segment maintain connections and influence with MTS senior leaders senior People Partners STS TA team and the broader organisation to ensure prioritization and project management of Talent Acquisition initiatives.

  • Leading TA activities for Senior Leadership opportunities within MTS.

  • Partnering with MarComms and TA Leads to continue to raise our profile as a Great Place to Work and ensure our brand and marketing activities attract the brightest and best talent to the business.

  • Day to day management and direction of an MTS BU TA team

  • Ensuring events are tracked coordinated and delivered efficiently across MTS that TA systems and careers pages meet the requirements of the business and the TA teams and we offer a first class level of candidate care.

  • Collaborating with the TA Leads and the MTS People Analytics Lead to monitor and measure the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external talent acquisition strategies TA execution and Hiring Manager and Candidate Satisfaction metrics.

  • Building a cohesive understanding of Early Careers opportunities across MTS to be seen as an Employer of Choice.

  • Ensuring the MTS TA teams leverage technology throughout the entire hiring progress to continually improving the productivity of our hiring managers and TA teams.

  • Co-ordinating the creation of training programs and ways of working with hiring managers and interviewers that continually improve their capabilities.

  • Benchmarking industry competitors introducing intelligence into the ways of working and overall operation to drive KPIs and other key indicators of success.

  • Oversee renewal and enhancement activities for TA systems and platforms in conjunction with STS and Corporate.

  • Partners with legal on preemployment matters and Supply Chain to manage relevant vendors such as TA agencies and business applications

  • Provides oversight and guidance on EEO reporting and other governance and policies pertaining to talent acquisition

  • Lead internal redeployment and mobility efforts across MTS.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a strategic TA role.

  • Knowledge and expertise in Talent Acquisition principles program design communication and implementation

  • Ability to partner collaborate and communicate with peers and Sr. Leadership

  • Deep understanding of KBR and Industry trends in relation to TA practices

  • Ability coordinate and lead projects to ensure smooth implementation

Compensation: $127200.00 - $190800.00 USD Annually. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates location knowledge skills abilities and/or experience contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus relocation benefits short-term incentives long-term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance
