Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen assistant to join the team at Cafe located in Urquhart Castle Castle in Loch Ness Scotland operated by Benugo.
About the role:
- Food preparation including baking some cooking sandwich making
- Stock rotation and food labelling
- Ensure high cleaning standards
- Kitchen Porter duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Kitchen Assistant within a fast-paced kitchen.
