Job Description: Administrative Assistance
Job Summary:
Primary Functions:
Performs a variety of complex administrative support duties for one or more supervisors managers individual contributors or organizational unit. Acts as an information source on organizational policies and procedures; participate in planning of functions; administer organizational correspondence control and provides assistance to department members.
Gathers collects records tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles reviews and analyzes data.
Uses software for functional area to compile and generate reports statistics timelines tables graphs correspondence and presentations.
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Skills Required:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Advanced level proficiency with word processing presentation spreadsheet database email and calendar software.

Ability to use independent judgment to resolve moderately complex issues.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels inside and outside of the organization

Experience Required:

Use of laptop or Toughbook to catalog into a database tooling identification from fixtures used in Manufacturing.

New software system will be used to capture this information Will need access to Aiken MRP responsibility to input tooling numbers(fixtures) into the database.

Work with Time keeper and local admin to inventory list and label contents of boxes for off site storage.
-
The 2 projects listed above will be primary focused but could evolve if time permits.

Past work history inside a manufacturing facility is a plus.
