Description

ChildServe is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Director of Des Moines Center. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all services at our Des Moines location. The Director will champion quality safety and innovation while fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and compassion.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and assess growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish and maintain care practices and operational standards.
  • Analyze customer engagement data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee care admissions to support census targets and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Design and implement effective organizational structures roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing and capacity to meet service demands.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture and drive staff engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective application of performance standards compensation practices training and productivity metrics.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of budgets and contingency plans.
  • Stay current on regulatory requirements compliance standards and industry best practices; proactively identify and mitigate risks.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree. Masters degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare non-profit or related field.
  • Proven ability to lead strategically and operationally with strong financial and performance management skills.
  • Exceptional communication organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading writing and speaking the English language.
