Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a talented and organized Interior Design Coordinator to support our design team in executing interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project elements preparing documentation managing communication with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth progression of tasks within project timelines.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of interior design project activities from design development to installation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including floor plans FF&E schedules finish boards and sample submissions.
- Communicate with clients consultants vendors and contractors to relay information and manage expectations.
- Organize and maintain project files digital libraries and sample inventory.
- Attend on-site meetings walkthroughs and installations as needed.
- Budget tracking and reconciliation
- Write Purchase Orders
- Electronically file all documents related to orders
- Track orders and process invoices
- Schedule deliveries with communities
- Participate in on-site installations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or project coordination (contract or freelance roles welcome).
- Proficiency in BlueBeam and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

USD $60000.00/Yr.
Max Salary
USD $65000.00/Yr.
