You are the professional Vice President Regional we are seeking. The Vice President Regional is responsible for the development maintenance and growth of the organizations programs and is a member of the executive team to drive organization success expand clinical services and improve health outcomes for underserved and vulnerable populations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. This position will be based in Muncie IN and will be responsible for the Northeast Region of Randolph Jay Grant Howard Miami Wells Huntington and Allen Counties.

Vice President Regional Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the development and planning of programs to ascertain community requirements and problems in specific Behavioral Health Primary Care and Dental Service programs and to determine agency responsibility for administering programs.
- Determines market strategies & goals for each program and service in assigned region.
- Obtains data and research regarding potential referral sources and clients.
- Participates in market research to determine area and client needs.
- Evaluates programs and service marketability in terms of client and referral source technical needs.
- Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect agency and program requirements.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality clinical operations within an integrated care model.
- Advises health and welfare agencies in planning and providing services based on community surveys and analyses.
- Prepares and releases reports studies and publications to promote public understanding of and support for Behavioral Health Primary Care and Dental programs
- Develops technical presentations & workshops for program development.
- Visits agency sites to evaluate effectiveness of services provided.
- Assist management in achieving the Health Centers operational and budgetary goals. Closely monitor financial practice data facilitate interpretation distribution and communication of financial performance / results and drive improvements. Maintain Revenue Goals for all programs within the region assigned.
- Work closely with Program Directors and Practice Managers to ensure that all programs are in compliance with regulatory/accreditation requirements and established Meridian Health Services standards.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing hiring and training employees performance appraisals and addressing performance concerns.
- Provide care model leadership identify and help develop clinical and other staff team building to insure productive staff and that clinical staff performs at the top of their license.
- Become an active member in appropriate federal state and local agencies/organizations relating to services provided in ones assigned region.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
We are seeking Vice President Regional candidates with the following qualities:
- Masters degree or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Valid drivers license a driving record meeting Meridians driving policy reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training within a Community Mental Health Center Federally Qualified Health Center and/or Health Care setting.
- Knowledge of CMHC FQHC regulatory requirements including HRSA Joint Commission UDS reporting and value-base care models.
