As the EHS Manager you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the safety and sustainability of our operations. Youll lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems across a diverse property portfolio.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage EHS compliance and risk mitigation across the account
Implement and maintain tailored EHSQ management systems
Conduct risk assessments audits and inspections
Oversee essential safety measures and ensure legislative compliance
Deliver training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders
Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Monitor and report on EHS performance using KPIs
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain certifications
Promote a strong safety culture through mentoring and coaching
What Youll Bring
5 years experience in EHS roles ideally in property FM or construction
Strong knowledge of EHS legislation systems and risk frameworks
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience in audits compliance and incident investigations
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software systems
ICAM and Lead Auditor qualifications (preferred)
