What youll be doing in this role
The Sans Allied Health team of Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists Speech Pathologists Dietitians Social Workers and our Outpatient Services team of speciality Nurses provide direct patient care rehabilitation treatment and health improvement intervention to patients. As a pivotal member of our team the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services and fostering a collaborative patient-focused environment.
This is a varied role which will see you working across two desks greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. Youll manage incoming phone inquiries and emails coordinate appointments and meetings prepare and distribute reports and assist with billing and invoicing.
This role is for 3 full days per week on Wednesday Thursday and Friday (this is a must).
