Job Title: Private Golf Club Concierge
Location: Fort Lauderdale Florida (On-Site
Position Status: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
About Us: Loop 19 is an exclusive all-inclusive members-only golf club that creates global golf course experiences indoors. Featuring Trackman golf experiences in five state-of-the-art bays and a 1500-square-foot putting green craft beer full liquor bar as well as a variety of indoor entertainment options including pool shuffleboard and live event watch parties. Loop 19 offers an experience for everyone.
What were looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team of golf enthusiasts. The ideal candidate is outgoing confident (without being overpowering) and articulate. A strong interest in sports and the ability to relate to others are key attributes. This role requires someone who thinks about others is considerate of opposing opinions and remains courteous in all interactions.
Key Attributes the Ideal Concierge:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Actively participate in Club initiatives that positively contribute to the success of the business.
- Comfortable and confident in meeting new people engaging in friendly and appropriate conversations.
- Articulate in their communication both written and verbally.
- Helpful team player ready to jump in and support both the business and club members and their guests.
- Collaborates with colleagues to achieve shared goals fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual success.
- Stays open to new ideas and willing to participate in various company activities and initiatives.
- All hands in to maintain the golf space/facility to create the best and clean indoor golf experience. These responsibilities include cleaning inventory stocking beverage cases etc.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate operational demands weekdays weekends and possibly special event engagements.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- A friendly personable demeanor with the ability to connect with others.
- An interest in sports and an understanding of its importance in the context of our business.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
- An open-minded approach ready to engage with new challenges and ideas.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Bend sit Stand for extended periods of time push pull climb ladder climb stairs and crouch
