Job Description
Starting Rate of Pay: $16.99/hr CAD
Fostering the health safety and wellbeing of our guests visitors and colleagues is an integral part of our Fairmont Jasper Park Lodges culture the thoughtful attention you provide as a Health Club Attendant will make them feel welcome and this role you will support the hotel by:
- Conduct History tours nature walks hikes bike rides and boat tours as necessary
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness of Pool Kids and camp JPL Health Club Recreation areas including Thermal facilities Change Rooms and the Boathouse (Seasonal); follow the daily checklists.
- Responsible for float and management of all revenues during shift from rentals of equipment and sales of merchandise
- First responder for water rescues when necessary using motorized rescue boat (Seasonal)
- Ensure proper and timely recording of all Pool readings
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with outdoor activities kayaking canoeing biking and hiking required
- Experience with children in a day camp environment required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Pleasure Craft Operators Card required
- Pro Serve certification required
Additional Information :
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
