Job Description
Job Title: Architect - Remote - Full time (EST Time Zone)
Salary range: $2500 - $3000
Overview
We are seeking a talented and values-driven Architect to join a mission-focused residential construction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-quality single-family homes while collaborating closely with builders who are passionate about their craft and community impact.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with experience in residential drafting a keen design sensibility and a heart for meaningful purpose-led work.
Key Responsibilities

Draft new single-family residential building plans.

Modify and update existing residential plans based on project needs.

Produce detailed 2D and 3D renderings of home elevations.

Design attractive and functional exterior architectural features.

Assist in planning and laying out interior design elements and finishes.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure feasibility code compliance and quality .
Requirements

Proven experience drafting residential building plans.

Strong understanding of American residential building codes and standards.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Revit or similar).

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.

Ability to present a professional portfolio showcasing building plans and renderings.

Willingness to complete a live design assignment during the hiring process.
