Job Description:
SUMMARY
Contract Property Plant Clearance Administrators are responsible for receipt review submission and execution of Customer disposition instructions for Contract Property under L3Harriss stewardship. This position requires frequent communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. This position also requires maintaining an approved property control system in compliance with current Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Coordinate and manage property control activities to ensure accountability and traceability of Government contractor acquired and/or customer furnished property (Contract Property) in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates disposition of excess
- Oversees movements or shipment of property as required
- Ensure contract property is properly identified
- Participates in property audits; provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to contract property accountability
- Creates manages and maintains Contract Property disposition schedules
- Coordinates with Plant Clearance officers and Customers to disposition property
- Obtains proper authorizations for dispositioning of contract property
- Complete required submissions to the Department of Defense (DoD) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) database
- Performance of annual inventories
- Prepare distribute and maintain metrics and reports as required
- Maintains records and logs of property received transferred allocated held and disposed within SAP
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

- Detail oriented efficient/courteous communications with peers internal and external customers alike
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to accommodate shifting priorities and adaptation to changing environments
- Practical knowledge of disposition requirements under FAR 52.245-1
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. and ability to learn to use a forklift order picker and power pallet jack
- Ability to work from extended heights
- FAR 52.245-1 /DFARS 252.245-7005 understanding and familiarity
- Effective time management skills
- Be able to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
