We are seeking a proactive and dynamic leader and strategist for the role of Director Strategic Initiatives where you will be expected to support the development prioritization and implementation of a range of strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth across our international businesses with a focus on Emerging Markets
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy International Businesses this role will focus on identifying evaluating and executing opportunities that drive growth profitability and scalability while establishing Prudential as a market leader in the insurance pensions and investments industries.
This will be a hybrid role based out of Newark NJ.
