Job Description

Team ONE Lacrosse Boys Director
3STEP Sports is the nations largest and most connected youth sports club and event organization. With more than 2500 programs 152 brands and 1.5 million athlete participants in nine sports were creating a next generation foundation for athlete development sport leadership and community engagement. Role:
Team ONE Lacrosse is looking for a competitive knowledgeable and passionate Boys Director to oversee our teams and develop our players. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game never satisfied always learning loves to coach players and teams and aligns with Team ONEs Player First value system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and growth of the Team ONE Boys programming; responsible for retaining the current programming and travel team numbers and growing the clubs youth base.
  • Coach and oversee the creation and execution of clinics camps recreational programs and regional training
  • Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks and communications associated with the Boys Program
  • On field responsibilities: involved with coaching and overseeing all Boys Teams and lead the management of coaching staff
  • Responsible for coaching managing and executing Team ONE Boys tournaments/events (Fall Winter Spring Summer)
  • Manage and field all client inquires concerns requests and questions
  • Organize and lead the creation of practice planning player development plans designing and implementing innovative lacrosse curriculums
  • Assist in coaches education development and implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with athletes families and local communities
  • Responsible for the Boys Spring Programming (North Shore United & Recreational Spring teams) in addition to the Fall Winter Summer traditional travel team schedule
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of regional programming and extra programs
  • Assist in building strong lacrosse network to further establish programming and recruiting

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous coaching experience at the club and/or college level preferably in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated organizational managerial communication teamwork and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work late afternoons/evenings and weekend hours
  • Must pass a criminal background check possess a valid drivers license and have adequate transportation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
