As our new Service Development Manager you take lead in shaping how we deliver service from workshops to field service operations across Northern Europe.

In this position you oversee and develop our service departments in Nothern Europe and workshops at both strategic and operational levels. You ensure we meet high standards in safety health and environment and introduce smart tools like engine diagnostics and oil sampling into daily routines and increase the level of predictive maintenance. Another important focus is the incorporation of digital equipment data into everyday service work along with the standardization of processes across regions.
You lead competence development by designing impactful training programs introducing digital learning tools and collaborating closely with HR and local leaders. Building a strong technical support network and enabling seamless knowledge sharing across teams and divisions is your key to success!
Were looking for someone with a technical education or a bachelors degree and solid experience in service operations ideally related to mining or construction machinery. Your previous roles involved leading technician teams and have given you the tools to easily coach and facilitate learning. Youre comfortable and proficient with digital tools and are willing to familiarize yourself with specific systems. Youre ready to take on a role with frequent travel within northern Europe based on business needs. Acting in global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.
You bring energy initiative and drive to make things better. As a clear and confident communicator you thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with others to reach shared goals.
